Is the area you want the product dumped on a hill or incline?
Are there overhead phone/electric wires?
The driver will need up to 30’ in the air, and be able to drive forward 30‘ in a triaxle or large dump truck.
Smaller trucks would need 20’ up and 20’ forward.
Your option for dumping,: is in your driveway, in the street in front of your house, off of the driveway only if the truck has all wheels on the driveway or in your front yard from the curb.
We can not drive on your lawn, or area that is not a suitable surface even if you think it
is hard enough.
The driveway must be wide enough - Can it handle a wide truck? Are there trees, bushes, fences?
If it is a main road the delivery will be scheduled for a time when there is low traffic volume.
Cones or a marker must be put in place if you want the drop in a certain area.
If this is a complicated yard (wires going to house, objects in driveway that are permenant, light poles etc.) there must be someone there to guide driver.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for protecting your vehicles if that are left near the dumping area.
We are not responsible for blocking a garage with a car in it if we are told by you or your landscaping company that our driver can dump in front of it .
If you are not at home and there is no safe place to dump for our dump truck, we will return to our facility with the load and you will be charged for the delivery. (Unsafe = hills, wires, tilted area, sinking grass or cars/debris)
If you are not going to be at home when the dump takes place you are required to sign the form below indicating that we are not responsible for any issues that may have occurred due to you not being able to instruct the driver.
